A sliding glass door leads onto a large balcony with outside
seating space, sea view and sun all day.
There is a spacious bathroom with bath/shower, shaver socket
and hairdryer.
It has a fully equipped kitchenette with halogen hob, fridge/
freezer, microwave/grill, electric kettle, toaster and cofee maker.
Iron and ironing board.
The apartment block has 2 lifts and 24 hour reception.
The apartment is only available to adults aged 25 yrs of age and over.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival date - Full refund
Less than 6 weeks before arrival date - 50% of rate refunded.
Less than 4 weeks before arrival date - No refund.
On booking we request a 50% reservation deposit and the final balance is due up to 6
weeks before arrival.
Bookings less than 6 weeks before arrival, 100% payable at time of booking.
Payment is to be made by Bank Transfer or PayPal.

A refundable security deposit of €100 is payable, in addition to, and upon payment of the
the final balance.
The property will be inspected prior to arrival and departure and all breakages / damage
must be refunded in full.
Other policies
A detailed map and directions will be forwarded upon receipt of deposit.
If you lose your keys, you will be charged for a full replacement set.
Guests will be provided with a contact number in case any assistance is required.
Please vacate the apartment by 11 am on your day of departure.
