A thoughtfully converted, child-friendly farmhouse, set in a large, secluded and beautifully landscaped garden with a large private pool and barbecue area.  An exquisite covered pergola gives a panoramic view across the pool, garden and and stunning views of the valley beyond.   Access to the pool can be restricted for young children and there is a table tennis table for family entertainment as well as a selection of toys, games and books.

Automatic entrance gates give access to the parking area.  Entrance door opens into a large entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor.  Spacious living room with satellite television.  Separate elegant dining room.  Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and dining area.  A door gives access to the barbecue area.

On the first floor are the four bedrooms, two of which have an en-suite bathroom.  A further bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms.

The villa enjoys air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and second bedroom.  There is also an alarm system.
