The apartment is furnished to a high specification-3 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron/board. The lounge offers comfortable seating with satellite TV, DVD, CD player, PS2 and double sofa bed. The apartment is a stone's throw away from one of the 4 swimming pools and children's play area. There are several snack bars and 2 excellent restaurants which are open all year round and serves superb food. Free shuttle bus runs daily to the town, just 2km away, and local taxi is only 5 Euros each way. Airport transfer and car hire can be arranged on request. - Bed linen and apartment towels provided on arrival. Towels to be washed by guests for one week stays. Bed linen and towels are changed after one week for two weeks stays.
Washing machine and tumble dryer in apartment for your convenience. Washing powder provided.
Availability all year and change-over days are flexible.
£200 deposit for damage/breakages required and returned within 2 weeks of departure subject to apartment inspection. - Any bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of departure forfeit deposit.
Change-over day flexible. Please bring own beach and pool towels. Airport transfers available 90-110 Euros return dependant on size of party (payable locally) - Please call for special offers for long term winter rentals (3weeks or more) during winter months when temperatures still around 20 degrees, no crowds and a heated pool by apartment!! 30+ degrees!!! Forget the gas and electricity bills at home and spend some quality time in the winter sun!!!
