Area description

This cottage is set in the mature grounds of a large house on the outskirts of the small market town of Messines. It is a two bedroom, one bathroom cottage that has an open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen. The lounge has a sofa bed making it possible to sleep upto 6 guests in total. There are terrace areas providing places for sun and shade and a place to barbecue. There is a large swimming pool with loungers, umbrellas etc.
Casa Arcadia is perfectly located for exploring the Central Algarve. The towns of Alte, Paderne, Messines and Silves are only a short car ride away and its only 20 minutes to the nearest golf courses and beaches.
As owners breed birds, ideal for bird lovers

Property Description

This cottage has two double cozy bedrooms with wardrobes and a shared big bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and wc. The open plan kitchen, dining, lounge has a sofa bed for extra guests. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob and a microwave. There are fans for the hot summers and electric and gas heaters for the fresh evenings! In low season we charge extra for heating. There is a satellite TV and CD player. The lounge leads you to a nice south facing terrace with views of the nice garden and pool. Owners breed birds of all descriptions from parrots, peacocks to all sorts of canaries. Chickens for fresh eggs, and there are wallabies!!!
